    Working with us is challenging work but has its rewards. If you have what it takes to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, you've come to the right place. Here's what you can expect from our onboarding process as a new employee. 

    The First Step - Orientation 

    Before you venture out into the community and meet your clients, we ensure you have all the necessary knowledge and information. This is why we start you with a comprehensive orientation covering everything, including who we are, our policies, perks, and benefits. 

    The Next Phase - Hands-On Training 

    We want to ensure you feel confident about your job and that you made the right choice before starting with hands-on training. After completing the orientation process, we move on to hands-on training. We train you on first-aid, med-pass, and CPR. We get you up to speed on everything you need to know to stay safe and keep your clients safe. The great thing about us is all these training courses are paid, and thanks to our on-site instructors, we get you certified in no time. 

    Phase 3 - Into The Homes

    From this point, we will get you into the homes. We want to ensure you're comfortable training with our managers, which is why we have you shadow them before having you go on a one-on-one basis. We want you to have confidence in who you will work with through these in-home shadowing sessions.
